For more than 22 years, HMS has supplied quality products and services to ships, barges, tugs, offshore supply boats and seismis vessels. Main terminals are located on the Houston Ship Channel in Baytown, Texas, at the Neches River intersection in Port Arthur, Texas and in Lake Charles, Louisiana. HMS owns and operates a fleet of towboats, tank barges and trucks necessary to the transportation and delivery of its marine fuel and lubricants. HMS also operates a licensed oil recovery and biological wastewater treatment plant to assist in your bilge water and tank washings.
